Our fully furnished apartments are ideal for a longer stay, or a so-called short-stay stay. Due to the extensive space and facilities you will certainly feel at home right in the center of Alkmaar!

You can stay for a maximum of six months, ideal if you need temporary accommodation, for example for a work project in the Alkmaar area. But the hotel is also ideal for a carefree stay in the event of a move, a divorce or as a place of reflection!

We welcome you personally and ensure that the beds are made, the linen is ready and the temperature is comfortable. If desired, we can provide a well-stocked refrigerator, (airport) pick-up service or, for example, a rental bicycle.

The prices below include VAT, gas, water, electricity, fast WIFI, digital television and service costs.
One month stay
Special price of 2250.00 including weekly cleaning and linen change

 Two month stay
Special price of 1750.00 pm including weekly cleaning and linen change

Stay from three to six months
Special price of 1475.00 pm including fortnightly cleaning.

On request, we can clean the apartments more often or provide clean linen.
